· Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and senior management.
· Liaise with travel agents, hotels, transport vendors for bookings, and negotiate best corporate rates.
· Ensure adherence to internal travel policies and approval workflows.
· Maintain and update travel MIS reports, tracking bookings, expenses, and reimbursements.
· Assist with visa documentation, insurance, and itinerary planning for international travel.
·Provide 24×7 support for urgent travel changes, delays, or cancellations.
·Process invoices, follow-up with finance for vendor payments.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

 Communication and Coordination:
 Act as a liaison between different departments within the corporate office.

 Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files.
 Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations.
 Human Resources Support:
 Assist in the on boarding process for new employees.
 Maintain employee records and handle basic HR-related queries.
 Coordinate employee engagement activities (Happy Hour).
 Employee Exit handover process.
 Facilitating Employees on their Achievements / Retirements.
* Vendor Management:*
 Interact with various vendors and service providers to ensure timely & quality services.
 Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate records & Products/Groceries.
 Time Management, Manage AMC contracts.
* Facility Management:*
 Oversee the maintenance and security of the corporate office premises.
 Coordinate with facility management for repairs and maintenance.
* Event Management:*
 Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops. Coordinate logistics, Annual Day Event, Sports, All
Festive celebrations & Decorations, Arranging Refreshments.
