Position Description
*
This role will primarily be responsible for designing Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM and / or configuring the system to address business needs. Additionally, this individual will provide programming assistance for new systems and maintain and / or enhance existing systems as needed. The Senior Developer will perform their tasks while implementing best practice methodologies and tools to assist in the planning, moderation, and execution of eBusiness Suite support and projects. The Senior Developer will collaborate with other departmental personnel to assist in providing the most efficient results. The Senior Developer will collaborate directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget of the project and / or managed services contract. The governing principle of the Senior Developer is customer satisfaction that ultimately results in a referenceable client.

Responsibilities
Create functional and technical specifications and documentation for required Fusion software development changes, as well as implementing these specifications
Assist with design software test plans and work with users to develop and execute test cases for business process scenarios for Fusion Cloud ERP And EPM applications.
Manage post-implementation support including, but not limited to, troubleshooting applications, assisting users with production issues and additional end-user training as required
Additional development work may include data conversions and interfaces to third-party software products
Data analysis and creation of ad-hoc queries / reports
Performs / coordinates system maintenance on Fusion Cloud ERP
Work with Business Systems Analysts and business users to provide detailed system information
Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions
Determine feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
Guide development teams through development life cycles to ensure project success within expected scope, budget, and timeline
Oversee software development to ensure quality standards are being met
Executes preparation and installation solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
Support fixing applications through SIT, UAT, and post project implementation
Develop solutions and ensure completion, practices, and delivery of documentation follows standards
Manages large project design and solution development
Identify and escalate key issues as needed
Identify potential improvements and proactive support that can enhance our customer’s experience
Participate on recurring and / or periodic meetings both internally and with clients
Perform knowledge transfer with technical and functional team members
Collaborate with project team to help identify resolution to issues
Display professionalism in all aspects of communication with customers
Participate in weekly status meetings and provide updates
Timely entry of weekly timesheet to the appropriate managed services contract in our ticketing and time entry system
Provide mentorship to team members
Identify potential improvements and proactive support that can enhance our customer’s experience
Integrating Fusion with Other Third Paty Applications, Import/Export data into/from Oracle Fusion using File Loaders and REST/SOAP API calls

Implement Fusion ERP Projects and functionality
Meet with Customer to clarify specific requirements of each project
Provide functional and technical specifications and work with project team for Fusion ERP and EPM development
Maintain scope for project work
Ability to escalate internally when issues arise
Recommend solutions identified by project needs as they arise
Effectively document project deliverables outlined in Centrilogic’s project methodology
Ensure all deliverables are provided in a timely manner in a consistent format and standard agreed upon at the project onset

Required Experience & Skills
*
Previous experiences with multiple Fusion ERP and EPM implementations and upgrade projects
Previous experience with managed services support
Ability to successfully work with all levels of personnel, including management
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
Sound work ethic and commitment to the company
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Proven ability to work independently and within established deadlines
Bachelor’s Degree – Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems
5+ years in Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM
Responsible for both functional SDLC tasks and technical development work in PL/SQL and Java (Oracle Applications Framework) working in an Oracle Fusion or custom application environment
Ability to utilize SQL for data fixes (e.g., complex queries, insert / update / delete statements)
Hands-on experience with XML Publisher, Oracle Reports issues
Hands-on experience with OTBI Reporting, creating analysis, dashboards, custom reporting.
Hands-on experience integrating Fusion with Other Third Paty Applications, Import/Export data into/from Oracle Fusion using File Loaders and REST/SOAP API calls
Experience with modules like Financials, Procurement, Logistics, Order Management/Shipping, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Payroll, Project Management, Project Costing, Fusion Subscriptions
Experience with AP ACH and AP Positive Pay
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent PC skills including, but not limited to Excel and Word Skills
Attention to detail with higher-level problem-solving skills including situation assessment, analysis of work flows, and root cause analysis
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to effectively translate business requirements into effective (standard and custom) solutions
Responsible for requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation
Ability to troubleshoot production issues following company and client standard procedures
