Job Overview: * We are seeking an experienced and proactive Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Administrator to join our team and manage the administration and technical operations of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM systems. This role involves working across provisioning, configuration, security, performance monitoring, cloning, and integrations within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in SaaS applications, cloud-based ERP solutions, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration.
Key Responsibilities: * Lead administration of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM environments.
Perform security console management, user provisioning, role management, and SSO configuration.
Handle instance cloning, refreshes, and environment migration tasks.
Manage ESS Jobs and migrate BIP/BICC reports across environments.
Administer OCI components like storage and networking, including ATP provisioning and maintenance.
Schedule and manage patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance in coordination with Oracle support.
Monitor application performance, system availability, and SLA adherence.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support deployments and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain documentation on configurations, processes, and disaster recovery plans.
Guide technical team members and ensure adherence to change control processes.
Act as primary escalation point for all Oracle Cloud ERP administrative issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
8+ years of ERP administration experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM & OTM.
At least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
Strong knowledge of OCI administration and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure components.
Proficient in SaaS, serverless architecture, and service management.
Experienced in identity and access management in Oracle Cloud.
Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., OCI Foundations or Architect Associate) preferred.
Advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.
Nice to Have: * Experience in automation tools and scripting for admin tasks.
Familiarity with SDLC, ITIL practices, and cloud security standards.
