**About the Role:** We are seeking motivated *Product Sales Specialists* to drive the adoption of our cloud-based SaaS solutions, including *SeaRates ERP*, *Cargoes Flow*, and *DFA*, among freight forwarders, NVOCCs, customs house agents, and logistics service providers.
The ideal candidate will engage prospective customers and existing clients in the assigned markets, conduct product demonstrations, understand client requirements, present solution benefits, support proposal preparation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
This role requires proactive lead engagement, market research, account qualification, and close collaboration with commercial, marketing, and product teams to support overall business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Identify and engage potential customers through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions from the *SeaRates* and *Cargoes* product portfolios.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting solution capabilities and value propositions.

Support the preparation of solution proposals, presentations, and basic technical documentation in collaboration with senior sales or technical teams.

Promote product offerings through multiple channels including phone, virtual demos, and presentations.

Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to support sales opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and commercial functions, to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.

Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from signed deals to customer onboarding.

Participate in industry events and customer engagement initiatives as required.

Track sales activities, maintain accurate records in CRM, and support achievement of sales targets.

**Qualifications:**
*2 to 4 years* of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or SaaS industries.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.

Ability to conduct basic market research and effectively present product solutions to potential clients.

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Interest in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
