Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Oracle Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Oracle solutions domain. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, understanding of enterprise software solutions, and the ability to engage decision-makers across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Oracle-based solutions.
Generate qualified leads and manage the complete sales cycle.
Present Oracle solutions to clients and conduct product demonstrations.
Work closely with technical teams to prepare proposals and solution offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
Requirements:
8-10 years of experience in IT / Software / ERP sales.
Basic understanding of Oracle products (ERP, Cloud, Database, etc.).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
