Job Description

1. New Business Development

  • Identify and target mid to enterprise accounts across industries (Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, Ports & Terminals)
  • Generate qualified leads through:
    • LinkedIn outreach
    • Email campaigns
    • Industry platforms & events
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle:
    • Prospecting → Discovery → Proposal → Closure

2. Consultative Sales (Oracle / Odoo / IT Services)

  • Understand client pain areas:
    • Post-go-live Oracle optimization
    • Integration gaps
    • Reporting inefficiencies
    • ERP scalability challenges
  • Position INTECH offerings:
    • Implementation & customization
    • Managed services & support
    • Staff augmentation (dedicated resources)
    • AI-led automation solutions

3. Account-Based Selling (ABM Approach)

  • Build and manage target account lists (ICP-driven)
  • Engage multiple stakeholders:
    • CIO / CTO
    • ERP / IT Heads
    • Operations / Finance Leaders
  • Drive personalized outreach and follow-ups

4. Partnership Development

  • Develop relationships with:
    • Oracle partners
    • Odoo partners
  • Position INTECH as:
    • Backend delivery partner
    • White-label execution partner
    • Resource augmentation provider

5. Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM (iON / Odoo CRM)
  • Track stages:
    • Inquiry → Lead → Opportunity → Proposal → Closure
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups and deal progression

6. Collaboration & Internal Alignment

  • Work closely with:
    • Pre-sales & solution teams
    • Delivery teams
    • Marketing for campaigns
  • Translate client requirements into solution proposals

Key KPIs / Success Metrics

  • Qualified leads generated per quarter
  • Conversion rate (Lead → Opportunity → Closure)
  • Revenue achievement vs “Promise”
  • Number of new logos acquired
  • Partner relationships developed

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years in B2B IT services sales / ERP sales
  • Experience in selling:
    •  Odoo / ERP / SaaS / IT services
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Enterprise sales cycles
    • Consultative selling approach
  • Experience working with global clients (US / Europe preferred)
  • Hands-on with tools:
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • CRM systems
    • Email outreach platforms

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in:
    •  Odoo ecosystem, Logistics , Port and Terminal 
    • Staff augmentation or managed services sales
  • Understanding of industries:
    • Ports & Logistics
    • Manufacturing
    • Retail / Distribution
