We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing/Business Development Manager
with 8-10 years of experience in marketing and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have
expertise in email marketing tools, the ability to generate high-quality leads, and exceptional
communication skills. This role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities, building
client relationships, and driving company growth through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Marketing:
- Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.
- Design and optimize email templates, manage mailing lists, and track campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the content team to craft compelling email copy, newsletters, and marketing materials.
2. Lead Generation:
- Generate high-quality leads through online and offline channels.
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and networking.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects to achieve business targets.
- Monitor lead conversion metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Engage with potential clients through email, calls, and meetings to understand their needs and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improving marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for improvement.
5. Collaboration and Campaign Management:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to create effective sales materials and proposals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Skills and Qualifications:
· 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
· Experience in working with IT services company is a must in any two of US, Europe, Africa and Middle East regions
· Proficiency in email marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or others.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of marketing principles.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B marketing strategies is a plus.
