Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Cloud
technologies, and databases. The role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions,
integrating with enterprise applications, and optimizing system performance in cloud
environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect and integrate solutions with Terminal Systems, WMS, and cloud platforms
etc.,
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability in cloud environments.
• Work with SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (Redis) databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver
technical solutions.
• Implement best practices in Coding Standards, code review ( using SonarQube ), guide
the team for cloud deployments.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues.
Technical Skills Required:
• Programming: Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot 2+, and microservices
architecture.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with Oracle Cloud or Azure, ( Kubernetes, Docker).
• Database: Strong understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases for large-scale applications.
• Integration & Messaging: Experience with Kafka, Active MQ , REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Git & Monitoring tool ( New Relic ).
• Security & Compliance: Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and API security
best practices.
Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in agile development environments.
• Self-driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise applications in logistics, Yard Management
Systems (YMS), supply chain, or related industries is a plus
