• Minimum 4+ years’ experience, preferably working in the logistics business domain (Fright forwarding), as an Onboarding Specialist
• Deep knowledge and expertise of different Onboarding phases and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding various cultures globally is key.
• Demonstrated ability in understanding client requirements, product features and performing fit-gap analysis mapping the client requirements to product.
• Experience working with agile software development teams in distributed locations with a mix of on and on-offshore resources.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
