We are seeking an experienced Oracle Maintenance Module Consultant to implement, support, and enhance maintenance solutions within Oracle ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle EAM / Maintenance modules, strong functional understanding, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
Implement and support Oracle Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for maintenance processes
Configure maintenance setups including:
Asset hierarchy and asset definitions
Preventive maintenance schedules
Work orders and maintenance planning
Maintenance cost tracking
Support end-to-end lifecycle of maintenance processes (creation, execution, closure)
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Inventory, and Procurement
Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and support deployments
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions
Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and user manuals
Provide user training and post-go-live support
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations
3–8 years of experience in Oracle ERP with focus on Maintenance / EAM modules
Strong understanding of:
Work Order Management
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Asset Lifecycle Management
Experience in at least one of:
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance
Knowledge of related modules:
Inventory
Purchasing
Costing (preferred)
Hands-on experience in configurations and setups
Good understanding of business processes in asset-intensive industries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud is highly preferred
Exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting
Experience in industries like Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Logistics
Oracle certification in relevant modules (nice to have)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
