• Primarily looking for strong manual and automation testers with a solid technical understanding of the domain they have worked in.
• Strong experience in Mobile App and/or Web Application testing, with hands-on exposure to:
• Android Studio and Xcode
• Analyzing device and application logs
• Debugging API failures
• Ability to understand backend architecture and relate it to application workflows, including:
• Database validations
• URL extraction and usage in Postman
• Understanding API response codes
• Performing failure and root-cause analysis
• Clear understanding of end-to-end application flows and interactions between different system components.
• Strong technical communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, including:
• Clear articulation of issues
• Impact analysis
• Web and Mobile testing
• Test findings and observations
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and problem-solving, even within a manual testing setup, is highly valued.
• Note: Interviews will focus on the above aspects and will not include coding exercises, framework creation, or automated test flow design.
