This role combines exciting facets of solution design and delivery excellence:
- Design – design and architect solutions that support our client’s business and technology strategies
- Review – work with our talented center of excellence team to review and align design approaches, security aspects, global standards and to ensure the quality of solutions
- Leadership – provide leadership to build the team’s design capability through formal and informal channels, leading new technology based solution and services we are adding to the INTECH’s technology horizon.
- Delivery – take part in the implementation and delivery of project by providing delivery excellence practices
More about the role:
- Engage with multiple technical and business stakeholders and build good relationships with them.
- Drive and implement data and cyber security initiatives
- Participate in pre-sales activities and proposing solutions to RFI/RFP/RFQ.
- Mentor for the technical architects/tech lead and drive a training programs for them.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a solution design role with following skills.
- Passion for creating innovative and sustainable solutions with cutting edge technology.
- Passionate to learn new technology, go beyond comfort zone and vigilant about latest technology trends.
- Experience in design of medium to large sized applications, preferably in the cloud and/or container environment
- Java/Python/.Net application development experience
- Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL database engines such as Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB
- Experience with DevOps practices
- Experience working with cloud based solutions in AWS/Azure/PowerApps
- A team player and a confident communicator
- Critical thinking and ability to look at problem from different angles, creative in technology selection and solution design.
- Overall 12+ years of the experience in IT system development and design and recent experience in solution design
- Solution Architect certification in AWS or Azure is added advantage.
