B.      10+ Years of Experience in IT services selling in international markets

C.      Job Role:

·         Work as a team player and build sales as per quarterly targets

·         Must be proficient to create new business opportunities and work towards closure in conjunction with other team members within the organization

·         Identify potential customers and front-end partners willing to consume company services

·         Regular touchbase with customers through phone calls / web meetings and email and ensure timely conversion of the leads and business booking

·         Ability to identify right prospects and convert them in customers

·         Achieve targeted sales in assigned region. Successfully penetrate and meet sales growth as per given customer profiles

·         Share feedback on regular basis with reporting manager

·         Optimize opportunities to engage in cross-selling with both internal and external partners    

·         Act as a key spokesperson for the organization and have frequent contact with executive-level representatives from customers, strategic business partners, industry associations.

·         Effectively oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that performance is on track to achieve the objectives
