Work Location: Gandhinagar
INTECH is looking for a Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities for our Home
Automation brand INNEXIA.
If you are a Self- Starter, a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and feel
comfortable reaching out to potential, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to INTECH’s rapid
and sustainable growth.
∙ Must have 3-5 years of experience in Home Automation Sales, lighting/Security/Electronics/Electrical/Architect
product sales, or ply/tiles/paint sales industry experience.
∙ Individual should have a good network with builders, architects, consultants, electrical consultants, project
management consultants, etc.
∙ Should have the ability to present Home Automation products to Architects, Real Estate Developers, and
Direct Customers
∙ Must have proficiency in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
∙ Must have Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus.
∙ Experience in Real Estate or a similar industry is mandatory.
∙ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
∙ Solution Selling to Residential and Commercial Projects through influencers like Architects, Consultants, and
Interior Designers
∙ Execute customer engagement programs and Interact with the team to prepare sales presentations to present
at exhibitions, and at customers premises (Including at our experience center)
∙ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
∙ Create Channel partners, negotiate/close deals, and handle complaints or objections
∙ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
∙ Understanding requirements of new projects and preparing solutions & BOQ
