Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert website visitors into qualified leads through content marketing, SEO, and targeted campaigns.
- On-Page Optimization: Conduct comprehensive on-page SEO audits, optimize website content, and improve website user experience to maximize organic search visibility.
- Off-Page Promotion: Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building, social media promotion, and online reputation management.
- Keyword Analysis and Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research, analyze search trends, and develop keyword strategies to drive targeted traffic.
- Regular Site Audits: Perform regular website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues, improve site speed, and enhance overall website performance.
- SEO/SEM Management: Manage and optimize search engine marketing campaigns (PPC), monitor performance, and analyze search engine results.
- Content Marketing: Develop and implement content marketing strategies, coordinate to create high-quality content (blog posts, articles, videos, infographics), and manage content distribution.
- Website Traffic Analysis: Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (sales, product, etc.) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members.
What you should have:
- Min. 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, inbound marketing, and lead generation.
- Certifications: Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, and/or other relevant Google certifications.
- Proven expertise in on-page optimization, off-page promotion, keyword analysis, and website traffic analysis.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
