About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Product Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our Freight Forwarding ERP solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales, a deep understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding industry, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. This role will require managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, while working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product-market fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the Freight Forwarding ERP product.
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients, including freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and logistics companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the value proposition of the ERP solution.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with product development teams to relay market feedback and customer requirements.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS/ERP sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding, customs, TMS, WMS, and supply chain management solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise software sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive business growth.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. (Abroad as well as India).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in selling Freight Forwarding ERP solutions.
- Strong network within the freight forwarding and logistics ecosystem.
- Understanding of digital transformation trends in logistics and supply chain technology.
